Episode 33 - The Tuskegee Airmen
The Tuskegee Airmen were World War II pilots who trailblazed the world of black aviation in America. After rigorous training at the the Tuskegee Institute, from which they get their nickname, they were deployed to the war where they racked up some incredible statistics. These men are remembered for their exceptional flying skills and bravery in fighting for a country that wasn't quite fighting for them.
